Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Breeze At Home. If you don't, you have 30 days from the day of delivery to request a return.

1. Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, with all accessories and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Final-sale and gift-card purchases are not eligible.

2. How to start a return

Email support@breezeathome.shop with your order number. We will reply within 2 business days with a prepaid return label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged or defective items

Inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different color is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

6. EU 14-day cooling-off period

Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel an order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be returned in original condition.
