4. Lost or damaged packages
Breeze At Home is not liable for packages lost or damaged by the carrier, but we will help you file a claim. Contact support@breezeathome.shop within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
5. Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they are with the carrier; reshipment fees may apply for returned-to-sender packages.
